As an important part of the language knowledge system,grammar is an indispensable part of middle school English teaching.However,for the current English grammar teaching in senior high school,the contradiction between the explicit and implicit grammar teaching and the combination of grammar knowledge and communicative competence has always been the difficulty in senior high school English grammar teaching.With the deep study on the combination of modern information technology and English teaching,English grammar teaching in senior high school is also reformed,which presents the change from the monotonous emphasis on the explanation of grammar knowledge to the emphasis on using the modern information technology to promote English teaching.More specifically,teachers and students use teaching resources the online teaching system to form a teacher-student learning community;in such a learning community,the ideas of the student-centered and learning-centered teaching can be realized.However,in the specific online English teaching,the senior high school English teachers cannot make full use of the online teaching system,which leads to low efficiency in classroom teaching.In response to the shortcomings of the online teaching,the Blended Teaching Mode,which combines traditional classroom teaching with online teaching,provides a new perspective for high school English grammar teaching.Therefore,based on the theory of Constructivism,the theory of Mastery Learning and the TPACK theory,this paper attempts to apply the theBlended Teaching Mode to the high school English grammar teaching class in Chengdu N Middle School,which combines the online teaching with traditional classroom teaching,aiming to explore the positive effect of this teaching mode in high school English grammar teaching.Based on the above background,the research questions of this paper are as follows:(1)What are the current difficulties towards the online English grammar teaching?(2)What are the major achievements of the Blended Teaching Mode on students' grammar learning?(3)What is the influence on students' attitudes and learning habits of applying the Blended Teaching Mode in English grammar teaching? Thus,this teaching experiment adopts the methodology of interviews,questionnaires and the tests.Besides,two parallel classes in senior one of Chengdu N Middle School are selected as the experimental class and the control class respectively,and the teaching experiment is carried out for three months.The experimental class conducts the Blended Teaching Mode in grammar classes assisted by the online teaching system of Beijing No.4 Middle School,while the control class uses the traditional grammar teaching method.In this experiment,the data of the questionnaires,pre-test and post-test are collected and analyzed through the SPSS23.0.From the data comparison and analysis,the results are as follows: the data analysis of questionnaire indicates that students' attitude as well as their learning behavior towards the application of online English teaching in senior high school have changed positively,and their interest and confidence in English grammar learning have been improved.Besides,according to the comparison of the students' scores before and after using the Blended Teaching Mode in the experimental class,it was found that the students' grammar achievements have been effectively improved.Therefore,the conclusion proves the positivity and effectiveness of the Blended Teaching Mode applied in high school English grammar teaching.
