Research On Chinese Character Font Design Based On Mongolian Characters

Under the current background of information globalization and diversification,the importance of embodying and inheriting traditional Chinese culture in design has become increasingly prominent.Designers are paying more and more attention to the design of nationalized and localized Chinese characters.As the crystallization of the Mongolian cultural concept and aesthetic ideal,Mongolian writing plays an irreplaceable role in the development and inheritance of Mongolian national culture.The decorative modeling features of Mongolian writing also bring excellent creative materials for the design of Chinese fonts.Based on the current status and development trends of font design research,this article aims to enrich and expand the expression of font design in order to meet the increasing aesthetic and emotional needs of the audience.A study on the design expression form with the characteristics of nationalization and alienation was carried out.The article first outlines theformation and development of Mongolian characters and the origin and evolution of Chinese characters to provide a research background for the thesis;secondly,through analysis of the principles and modeling characteristics of Mongolian characters and Chinese characters,the two forms and structures are obtained.The common characteristics of the paper provide a basis for refining the characteristics of Mongolian characters in the later design practice;re-explain the type and trend of current font design,and analyze the design value of the Chinese character font of Mongolian character modeling,and summarize the characteristics of Mongolian character modeling in Chinese character fonts Principles and methods of application in design;Finally,it discusses the practical application of Mongolian character modeling features in Chinese font design,focusing on explaining design ideas and design methods in order to enrich the application and expression of Chinese font design and promote the spread of national culture.Communicate,and provide reference and reference significance for the font design of such national and foreign styles.
