Qualitative Research Of Psychological Counseling Work In Divorce Cases

With the constant changes of the times,the divorce rate in China has continued to rise,posing new challenges to family building.Since divorce cases involve more family ethics and emotional disputes,this requires the court to play a more active role in the family trial.However,our society is entering a period of transition.Traditional family mediation has emerged that it cannot adapt to the needs of the new situation.Especially for divorce cases,only the introduction of psychological counseling can satisfy the higher professionalism proposed by people to solve divorce cases.Claim.Therefore,this study focuses on the specific implementation of psychological counseling in current divorce cases.Through the use of grounded theory in qualitative research,in-depth interviews and field trips on 10 divorce cases that effectively introduce psychological counseling to explore psychological counseling work.General effective factors and processes,and further discussion of relevant working mechanisms.Finally,based on the results of the three-level coding of the research data,this study has drawn the general effective factors and processes of psychological counseling in divorce cases:(1)The stage of the effective development of psychological counseling work:preparation for work.This stage is to prepare for the psychological counseling work through interventional judgment,voluntary acceptance,job matching and external influence.Among them,intervention judgment includes awareness of conflict and consequence assessment;voluntary acceptance includes self-attitude,status needs and value impact;post engagement includes cooperation,professional level and interview matching;external influences include financial support,hardware facilities and time limit Wait.(2)The initial stage of effective implementation of psychological counseling:preliminary assessment.Effective factors at this stage include three aspects:relationship building,information gathering,and professional assessment.Among them,the establishment of relationships includes appease emotions,inform confidentiality,and explain the purpose;collecting information includes understanding the case,understanding demographic data,and focusing on issues;professional assessment includes mental health assessment and marital relationship assessment.(3)The key stage of effective implementation of psychological counseling:analysis of key issues.Effective factors at this stage include work plan development,in-depth technical use,and the search for psychological appeals.Among them,the work plan formulation includes clear work objectives and planning work plan;in-depth technical application includes empathy,concreteness,positive attention and understanding;finding psychological appeals including traceability of reasons,promotion of inner expression and emotional catharsis.(4)The sprinting stage of effective psychological counseling work: promoting rational thinking.Effective factors at this stage include meeting psychological needs and maintaining attitudes.Among them,meeting psychological needs includes listening carefully,identifying unreasonable beliefs,appropriate inspiration,and cautious advice;maintaining attitudes include value neutrality and patient treatment.(5)The closing stage of the effective implementation of psychological counseling: the end of work.Effective factors at this stage include a summary of the conversation and feedback on the results.Among them,the summary of the conversation includes encouraging and respecting the choice;the result feedback includes the process summary and the evaluation report.
