| In recent years,with the increase of psychological problems and mental disorders in the world,the demand for psychological consultation and treatment becomes more and more frequent.But at the same time,the psychological consulting industry is mixed and the professional level is worrying.The psychological consultation industry needs to be rectified.Because of the short history of psychological consultation in China and the lack of localization experience,the exploration of standardization of psychological consultation industry is still in a detour.Therefore,it is more necessary for all sectors of society to do their best to make suggestions for the survival and development of psychological counseling.In the process of psychological consultation,psychological consultants and visitors are two key subjects.At present,most of the researches on the qualification of psychological consultants in China only start from the qualification of psychological consultants as the bystanders of psychological counseling,and almost no double roles of visitor and researcher are voiced in the process of the establishment of this professional qualification.This paper adopts qualitative research method,through literature analysis,combined with behavioral events interview(BEI)and grounded theory coding,and taking into account the factors of visitors,in-depth interview and observation of psychological counseling practitioners involved in various counseling objects.After that,using Nvivo 10.professional qualitative research software to analyze the text data,in order to explore the competence of psychological consulting practitioners.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn.There are 13 competences of psychological consultation practitioners,5 of which are differentiating competences and 8 of which are threshold competences.Among them,the characteristics of differentiating competences are: 1.The interests of visitors are the first;2.Equality;3.Consistency;4.Objective presentation;5.Sincerity.The threshold competence features are: 1.Admit your own shortcomings;2.Insight;3.Analytical thinking;4.Empathy;5.Awareness;6.Acceptance;7.Ethical codes;8.Professional knowledge of psychological consultation. |
