| This article uses discourse analysis theory,second language writing theory and bias analysis theory,starting from the characteristics and types of narrative text writing of advanced level international students,and analyzing the advanced level from the perspective of macro semantic structure and macro pragmatic structure.Foreign students narrate common problems in discourse.Among them,the problems of macrosemantic structure are divided into problems of discourse events and problems of structural stratification,and the problems of macro-pragmatic structure are divided into problems of discourse subject and communicative intention.This article analyzes the causes of the problems in the macro semantic structure and macro pragmatic structure,and puts forward teaching suggestions from the perspective of teacher teaching,student learning,and textbook compilation.The first part of the paper is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of the topic selection,the research review and the shortcomings in the existing research;The second part of the paper introduces the writing characteristics and types of foreign students ’narrative text,and also introduces the terms related to the macro structure of foreign students’ narrative text;The third part of the thesis is the main part of this paper.It mainly analyzes the narrative texts of foreign students from the perspective of macro-semantic structure and macro-pragmatic structure.It is found that in terms of macro-semantic structure,foreign students have atypical text events and sequence of text events.Improper,inappropriate details of textual events and chaotic genre structure,unclear text layering,and confusion in text structure.In terms of macro-pragmatic structure,foreign students have the problem of unclear text theme and communicative intention;The fourth part of the thesis analyzes the specific causes of the problems existing in the macro structure of discourse in the third chapter of the narration of foreign students;The fifth part of the thesis provides teaching suggestions for the writing of narrative text for advanced students from the perspective of teacher teaching,student learning,and textbook compilation;The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research significance,research results and existing shortcomings of this article. |
