Tuba,This instrument is believed to be familiar to many people.Since its invention in the 19 th century,people have always been impressed by its size,bulky and difficult to carry,It can only be heard in a band,Low-pitched harmonics,can make "puchi puchi" sounds,etc.,but over time,nowadays,the Tuba has not only played the role of accompaniment harmony in a ensemble or band,it can also play very beautiful music.With the increasing number of Tuba learners and more and more famous tubists in the world since the 21 st century,more and more Tuba solo competitions and technical exchange classes and masterclasses have emerged,both internationally and domestically.With the development of the Internet era and the development of traffic,people want to enjoy Tuba performances.Not only can they listen to live performers,they can also see many performance videos from websites such as YouTube or Youku.At the Tchaikovsky International Music Competition in 2019,a highly-skilled Russian Tuba player won the second place in the brass group.This large instrument is more and more valued and loved by everyone.but I think It's not easy to play the Tuba.As the saying goes,”It's three feet frozen,not a day's cold”,So I would like to talk about my own experience in studying the Tuba for several years.In terms of breathing and playing,I will discuss how to play the Tuba more scientifically and easily,how to practice scientifically,and how to solve various problems that arise in the performance of the Tuba.Finally,I want to talk about the Tuba in practical performance.,Such as solo,how to play in symphony orchestra and chamber music.
