The Harmony Study Of Four Piano Works By Li Yinghai

Li Yinghai is a famous composer,music theorist,music educator and music social activist in China.He has made great contribution to the development of Chinese national music mode and harmony theory.His music thoughts and creative ideas have distinct personal characteristics.He attaches great importance to the inheritance of traditional culture,also emphasizes innovation and development,requires individuality and traces back to the root.The research object of this thesis is Mr.Li Yinghai’s four piano works-"Instrumental music at sunset ","Three versrs of Yangguan","Acrobatic sketch" and "Harbouring under the Maple Three Bridge at night".Based on Li Yinghai’s book " Mode and harmony in Han style ",this paper analyzes the harmony techniques of these four piano works.This paper is divided into seven chapters,as well as the introduction and conclusion of a total of eight parts.This paper introduces the creation background and artistic characteristics of four piano works-"Instrumental music at sunset ","Three versrs of Yangguan","Acrobatic sketch" and "Harbouring under the Maple Three Bridge at night".Based on the music theory research of Li Yinghai,this paper studies them from the aspects of mode,chord and harmony.The author tries to deconstruct the harmony techniques in these four works by using the harmony analysis techniques,expound the music language,creative thinking and aesthetic pursuit embodied by Li Yinghai,and interpret the era significance of these four works in combination with Li Yinghai’s personal life,era background and historical background of creation.Li Yinghai’s creation and theory are closely combined,and the two rely on each other.Therefore,his music creation has sufficient theoretical support,and his theoretical research has been continuously verified in music creation.His music works and theories are very Great academic value has made great contributions to the development of the national music cause in China.It is hoped that this paper can help readers better understand the harmony techniques used in four works-"Instrumental music at sunset ","Three versrs of Yangguan","Acrobatic sketch" and "Harbouring under the Maple Three Bridge at night",so as to provide some reference and reference for the harmony techniques of Chinese pentatonic modes in composing practice.
