A Research On Social Work Participation In Community Support For Aged

At present,under the influence of multiple factors such as economic development and social progress,family planning policy,and per lifespans lengthen,China has entered a new stage of the aging population.The characteristics of this stage are expressed in a specific the largest number of elderly population,the fastest aging and the heaviest task to deal with of aging.In order to realize the vision of elderly will be looked after properly,the Communist Party of China and the government not only attached great importance to this but also made arduous efforts.However,the significant characteristics of China's aging population,the largest number,the largest scale,the heaviest task,and the objective conditions of things like that,and an irreversible trend of elderly population have led us in deep waters.Under the background of family supporting function and institution for old-age care weakening,community support for aged as a new thing that combines the advantages of family supporting function and institution for old-age care meet's China's specific conditions,and have brought new hope for the elderly population in our country.It is noteworthy that community support for aged now is in a critical period of transformation and development.Social work as a subject with “helping people to help themselves” as it's core values,participates in community support for aged has become an important consensus for solving China's pension problems in the context of aging.This paper takes three different residents of the community of Nanchang Qingyunpu District as an example,based on community support for aged,with the participation of social work in the urban community support for aged as a starting point,through literature research,case studies,interview on social work participation in community support for aged innovation in-depth exploration.Through the research,the author finds that Qingyunpu District adopts measures suited to local conditions to promote the participation of social work in the development of urban community support for aged,and has achieved tangible results.It has met the diversified needs of the elderly to a certain extent,eased the current pension difficulties,and highlighted the necessity and feasibility of social work to participate in urban community support for aged.At the same time,according summarized the problems existing in the study of social work involved in urban community support for aged,the author also putforward specific suggestions that based on the analyse of the reasons.It is worth noting that while social work participate in urban community support for aged of the Qingyunpu District is still needs to be improved,it still provides a good reference for other regions to promote social work participate in community support for aged.In addition,the significance of social work participation in urban community support for aged in the Qingyunpu District is that,as long as the method is in place,social work can fully participate in urban community support for aged,and make due contributions to alleviating China's pension difficulties...
