Research On Police Resource Allocation Of Shanghe Public Security Bureau

In our country,the public security organ is a special civil servant with 1.8 million police officers,which shoulders the sacred mission entrusted by the state,plays an important role in safeguarding the overall situation and stability of the country,promoting social fairness and justice,and ensuring the people to live and work in peace and contentment.Our country is currently in a period of social transformation,with rapid economic and social development,and complex political,social and economic situations at home and abroad.All kinds of contradictions left over from history still exist.Under the new situation,the work risks and tasks faced by the public security organs are constantly increasing,and the expectations of the masses on the public security organs are increasing with each passing day Increasing,the lack of police resources has become the most difficult problem in front of us,which is a long-term and arduous challenge to the police reform in our country.The police service management practice of the public security organs is an important part of the government public administration.At present,in the police service management practice of the public security organs,the operational efficiency of the police service is low,and the structure is not perfect enough.There are still deficiencies in job management and other problems exposed in the actual work.Therefore,starting from perfecting the structure configuration,optimizing the work management system,striving to improve the working efficiency,establishing the present police service system in accordance with our own national conditions,improving the current operational state of the police service,we can push forward.It is of great significance to promote the innovation of public security system system in order to cater to the current economic model and to strengthen the social role of public security organs from an objective perspective.Modern police management theory holds that police resource management refers to the rational allocation of existing resources by means of arrangement,coordination,control,encouragement and guidance by the police organs under the background of market economy and a society ruled by law.Better realization of the protection of human rights and the protection of civil rights as the core content of the police work objectives.To study the allocation of police resources of public security organs in our country is to carry out scientific and reasonable allocation of the resources of the organization or the police force in order to improve the working efficiency and realize the optimization of the police resources in the public security organs.The author of this paper tries to make reference to the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad and combine with his daily work.The actual and relevant cases have made an empirical analysis on the current police force allocation,organizational reform,operation mode,police quality,internal management and other aspects of public security organs,and found out the factors that restrict the effectiveness of police force in the process of police management and the causes thereof.On this basis,this paper explores the ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the reform of public security management,and puts forward countermeasures and solutions to alleviate the problem of insufficient police force by optimizing the disposition of the existing police force,digging up the internal potential,and improving the working efficiency in order to alleviate the problem of insufficient police force.
