A Study On The Case Social Work Services Of Home-based For The Hui Elder Care

With the aging of the population,the home-based care services have gradually developed in our country.To a certain extent,this new model of pension has solved many problems of providing for the aged in our country.However,there are still some problems in terms of the pattern of the development of home-based pensions.China's home-based pension model has developed rapidly in major cities,but it is rare in small and medium-sized cities and towns and even in rural areas.It is even more rare in underdeveloped ethnic areas in particular.Furthermore,because of the uniqueness of minorities in China,each minority has its own concept of old-age pension and old-age care,which has resulted in a low popularization of home-based elderly.The author attempts to find out the different ways and means of pension for minorities by applying the professional knowledge,skills and pension concept of social work in ethnic minority areas and to promote the development of national social work while providing the theoretical basis for solving pension problem in minority areas.The "re-localization" of social work plays a complementary role.This article chooses the elder of the Hui in Alxa League in Inner Mongolia as the target of service.After making a comprehensive assessment of the physical and mental health of the elder,the author uses the working methods and concepts of social work to formulate a service for the elder benefiting their own development.At the same time,With the various resources in community and mosque temples,a set of retirement planning programs have been set up for the elder to lay the foundation for the elderly in the future.After solving the actual pension problem for the elder,the author also tries to find the possibility of the development of the aged-care home in ethnic areas through this case.Based on the current situation and characteristics of the elder in the ethnic minority areas,High degree of mode to build home-style with ethnic characteristics,at the same time,social work intervention in home-based approach to ways to make a profound and professional reflection in order to social work in the future intervention in ethnic minority home care services can be more focus,targeted work to provide a theoretical basis,but also for the national pension service policy to provide constructive comments and suggestions.
