A Study On The Social Work Intervention In The Social Communication Dilemma Of The Elderly Group In The Old-age Institutions

With the development of society,the aging trend of our country is becoming more and more serious,so more and more families choose the institution to provide for the aged,but on the other hand,the problem of interpersonal communication among the middle and old age groups in the pension institutions is becoming more and more serious.Compared with the family pension and the community pension,the elderly group who choose the institution to provide for the aged in the interpersonal communication,the social group faces the general poor physical health,the difference between the old people's living habits is more obvious,the social environment is more simple and closed.Negative and dull,social resources and opportunities are more scarce,resulting in the elderly group in the old-age care institutions than the choice of family pension and community old-age group in interpersonal communication more serious problems.The concrete manifestation is that the willingness and enthusiasm of interpersonal communication are lower;the friction is more and the interpersonal relationship is more tense;the interaction is less and the interpersonal relationship is more estranged.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interpersonal communication dilemma of the aged group in pension institutions,which can not only solve the interpersonal communication dilemma faced by the elderly group in pension institutions.It can also make more old people get the sense of belonging and identity from the collective through social communication,and enjoy rich and colorful old life.In this paper,taking the elderly group with interpersonal difficulties in Yuncheng X pension institution as an example,through case social work method and group work method,in social role theory,rational emotion theory,Under the guidance of professional theories such as activity theory and social exchange theory,case service and group activities are carried out for the elderly in Yuncheng X old-age care institution.And through the summary of practical experience,to promote the development of social work pension services to provide some reference suggestions,and strive to explore a way to solve the problem of old-age care institutions and methods.In order to promote the elderly group interpersonal problems to get a better solution.
