| The rapid development and changes in China's economy and society and the rapid development and changes in the issue of aging have been aggravated.The traditional family pension model has been challenged by various parties and it has been difficult to meet the needs of the elderly.Against this background,institutional endowment has increasingly become an important supplementary force in the pension service system.However,traditional old-age care institutions focus on the care of the elderly,lack of psychological care and services for the elderly,and often neglect the factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.The involvement of social work services in old-age care institutions can help the elderly to enrich their old age and meet the diverse needs of the elderly.The introduction of social work is an important part of improving the quality of life of the elderly and developing the cause of the elderly.The old-age care institutions need the participation of social work.Therefore,exploring the social work professional service model and summarizing the social work experience have a very important role in improving the quality of life of the elderly and developing social work theory and practice.This article attempts to use the pension institutions of the Shenzhen S-Welfare Center as an example.Through comparison with the traditional pension institutions,the “invasion” and “involvement” especially the “involvement” level are explored to explore the process of the social workers involved in pensions and social work.Intervention services.This article uses the form of case analysis to start with several major working methods for social work and focuses on the analysis of the micro intervention services for social work.The author also tries to put forward personal opinions and opinions on this basis,and provides some suggestions for the social workers involved in pension institutions and micro-interventions. |
