The Study On The Improvement Methods Of Drug Rehabilitation In Rural Towns

Drugs are serious threat to all human beings.The increasing number of drug addicts has greatly deteriorated the normal social order and stability.Problems such as unscientific methods,inefficient feedback and high costs have been existing for long in China's drug rehabilitation work.Thus,local governments all across China are trying hard to innovate drug rehabilitation working methods,so as to reinforce the management of drug addicts and improve the withdrawal rate.Since Hainan is now undergoing the International Tourism Island project,more and more people rush into it,which gives more pressure to Hainan for its leading drug addicts proportion domestically.As a result,improvement methods are in great need for Hainan's drug rehabilitation work.This paper studies the improvement methods on drug rehabilitation work in rural towns by reinforcing and innovating social governance.The paper adopts combined research methods,including literature analysis,comparative study and practical work analysis.In conjunction with the latest theories of public administration,social governance and people-oriented development concept,the paper makes analysis and comparison between relevant papers from home and abroad.Through all these efforts,the paper is trying to put forward some improvement methods for drug rehabilitation and management,under the background that Hainan's building itself into International Tourism Island and the holistic tourism destination.Through the analysis on the current situation,problems and causes of drug rehabilitation in Yangjiang town,Qionghai city,Hainan province,the paper makes conclusion from the perspective of public administration on the problems of community-based drug rehabilitation,which are particularly in the charge of local town government.The paper reviews the progress of drug rehabilitation at home and abroad,and the advanced experience in China.In combination with the author's own working experience,the theory of public administration and social governance,the paper illustrates in detail many improvement methods,such as to enhance diversified supports and improve drug management mechanism;to change the traditional management concept and strengthen the humanistic care;to adhere to the people-oriented development concept;to transform government functions,strengthen social participation and optimize the allocation of resources;to strengthen drug control public education and create a good social atmosphere of tolerance,etc.Finally,the paper summarizes the strategies of drug rehabilitation,providing ideas and references for drug rehabilitation in China's towns in the future.
