In China,the administrative organs,institutions and civil servants shoulder more and more important responsibilities.With the growing ranks of grass-roots civil servants,grass-roots civil servants play a very important role at the grassroots level.At the same time,the people's expectations for all levels of civil servants are also rising.However,the overall status of grass-roots civil servants is not satisfactory,such as high turnover rate of civil servants,low efficiency and confusion about the future career and so on.Therefore,the career planning management of grass-roots civil servants is becoming more and more important.This paper takes the grass-roots civil servants in Danzhou of Hainan Province as an example,and studies the career planning management of primary level civil servants in Danzhou through literature research and questionnaire survey.This paper first introduces the research purpose,research significance,research methods,etc.,and then summarizes the results of career planning management for grass-roots civil servants at home and abroad.All aspects of career planning management abroad are comprehensive,while in China,the study of career planning management is far from enough.Secondly,this paper developed a questionnaire,conducted a survey of civil servants in Danzhou,according to the collected results show that the current Danzhou for some deficiencies of the occupation career management of civil servants,affecting the enthusiasm of grass-roots civil servants,restricting the development of civil servants in Danzhou city.The main problems are as follows:organizational and personal awareness of career management is weak,and there is no communication platform between governments at all levels and between the upper and lower levels.The promotion of mobile channels is not smooth,and the training and assessment system is imperfect.After that,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the above problems in Danzhou Civil Servant Career management.Finally,this paper put forward the Countermeasures on how to improve Danzhou city grass-roots civil servants occupation career planning management:play the guiding role of the Danzhou municipal government,such as perfecting the civil servants for the civil service classification management,Danzhou city promotion flow,and the training mechanism of civil servants,daily and annual assessment mechanism.Danzhou municipal government should strengthen the management of grass-roots civil servants' career,such as perfecting the civil service standards,let grassroots civil rotation exchanges,encourage their independent differentiation taining.To enhance the professional management ability of the grass-roots civil servants in Danzhou,such as strengthening self-awareness and enhancing self-worth.
