Study On The Building Of Harmonious Neighborhood Relations In The Community Of H In Xi'an

With the development of economy and the change of society,community living style of a very big change in the process in the city,bring in factors affecting residents class and cultural differences in the neighborhood relations gradually fades,and changed all aspects of people life.The neighborhood community is the simplest and the most elementary units,neighborhood relations as a link connecting between resident living,people lamented neighborhood relationships as before but this social fact has became a problem for community building brings certain obstacles,need to be solved from many aspects.Now the country to develop the building of harmonious community vigorously,neighborhood structure became one aspect and propositions are mentioned,so the present situation and building method of neighborhood relations research,can make us better understand and predict the development trend of neighborhood relations,especially in social work by countries with greater support today,explore the concept and the practice of social work to improve neighborhood relations can provide experience to help further the structure.This study site in H community,Xi?an,with the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview data as the foundation,by the theoretical method of social work professional,do research to improve the neighborhood W social organization “Happy neighborhood plan” project as an example,to explore the social work practice of the neighborhood building getting and loss,summed up methods the community and the government?community?committees?community organizations resident in four of the main role,and to formulate relevant policies to reference and help contribute to shaping the characteristics of the times with the modern harmonious neighborhood relationship.
