Research On The Construction Of The New-type Community Ethics On Xian

With the rapid development of urbanization,a new type of community formed by the transfer of villages in Xi'an came into being.Due to the imperfect guarantee system of the government,the halfway transformation of community organizations,the deep-rooted traditional concept of residents,etc,there appeared ethical dilemmas within the new type of community,such as vague self-identity of residents,alienation of neighborhood relationships,lack of environmental awareness,weak community consciousness and unclear powers and responsibilities of various organizations in the community.If these problems are not adequately valued and properly solved,not only will they affect the residents' life quality,but also directly have a great influence on the process of urban-rural integration,constrain the construction of “Wild China”,what's more,will hinder the construction of our country's modernization and the realization of great Chinese Dream.However,the current research on the construction of community ethics is relatively lacking,and the research results and those in-depth are particularly deficient.This paper attempts to conduct a field survey about the new type of communities in Xi'an and analyze the status quo about the construction of community ethics there.From the three aspects of the construction of new-type community ethics: firstly,constructing the subjects;secondly,constructing the objects and lastly constructing the contents,to analyze the sources of the current ethical dilemma,and to explore the way to construction of the new-type communities ethics in Xi'an.The first part offers the analysis of field survey results.This paper adopts the survey and interview methods,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,literature analysis,etc.The field survey will be conducted in a typical new community in Xi'an “Jing Family Community”,which is regarded as a case study,meanwhile,it strains after the reliability of the material in order to analyze the status quo of the new communities' ethical construction in Xi'an.The second part through the systematic analysis of the three aspects in the construction of new-type community: subjects,objects and contents,this paper explores the reasons why the construction of the new-type community ethnics in Xi'an traps into a dilemma.In the third part,analyzes the successful model existing now of the new-type community in ethical construction so that the new-type community in Xi'an can learn from the experience.To combine with the characteristics of the new-type community in Xi'an,to put forward corresponding measures in ethical construction of the new-type community in Xi'an,that is,the construction of new-type community ethnics in Xi'an should be based on the system construction to improve clear power and responsibility of the community organizations,popularize the community education to enhance the modern thinking of the community residents and face what people need to perfect the contents of the construction of community ethics.The new type of community ethics construction is an important way to build a new community with good residents,friendly neighborhood relations,beautiful community environment,active community participation,and democratic self-government.It is an important measure to satisfy people's longing for a better life.This requires that on the basis of full respect for the dominant status of the residents of the community,we must continue to strengthen the construction of new community ethics,improve residents' moral quality and modern awareness,establish friendly neighborhood relations,beautiful community environment,harmonious and orderly,democratic and autonomous community ethics.The atmosphere enhances the residents' sense of belonging and identity to the new type of community,making the new type of community not only a safe place to live,but also a habitat for the soul.
