Research On The Cooperative Governance Of Contemporary Chinese Public Space

Square dance was once thought to be a problem of governance.However,after years of development,the conflict of square dance has basically faded from people' s perspective,and square dance has gained new development.The governance behind it is worth exploring.This article takes the collaborative governance theory as the research perspective,takes the governance practice of Changsha square dance as the case,and studies the formation and governance effectiveness of the square dance governance system in Changsha.Applying the theory of collaborative governance from the three governance bodies of the government,social organizations,and square dance teams,we have summarized the current governance practices that have been adopted for square dance in Changsha,and conducted in-depth analysis of the governance practices of the three main entities,exploring the governance of square dance,path.In the issue of governance of square dance,the government has always been in the position of coordinated governance of meta-governance,leading the cultivation of multiple entities and the construction of collaborative governance systems,and a coordinated system has also been formed within the government system.The documents issued by the Central Government on national standards are used to regulate policies.In the local government,the district government and the grass-roots community implement two different modes of management for the"elite teams" and "ordinary teams." On this basis,continue to explore the cooperative relationship between the government and other entities.The Changsha City Square Dance Association,which has been nurtured and legally registered by the government,is coordinated from the social organization level and is in a position of collaborative governance.It promotes the influence of member self-discipline and square dance,undertakes government functions,and unites with market players to interact with society.The square dance team that has been nurtured and absorbed by community social organizations is in the position of self-governance in coordination with square dance from the level of non-governmental forces.The team exercises self-management under the combination of teamwork,teamwork and team leader authority.It also actively participates in community governance under the conditions of self-governance and synergy of community organizations.A system of collaborative management of square dance has been initially formed and has achieved results.However,there are also some problems.For example,in this system of governance,whether it is from the perspective of the system or within the main body of governance,the supervision system has been lacking.Moreover,the government,s tolerance for square dance social organizations is high,but there are many loopholes and contradictions in the government's management practices.
