Research On The Succor Pattern Of The Rural Vulnerable Groups In The Perspective Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

In recent years,under the leadership of General Party Secretary Xi Jinping,China is making great efforts to promote targeted poverty alleviation.Rural disadvantaged groups,as special groups in rural areas,should receive more attention in targeted poverty alleviation work.Since the 1990 s,the economy has developed rapidly,science and technology have been advancing with each passing day,the urban-rural duality structure has been increasingly occur,the gap between different groups has continued widening,and the problems of disadvantaged groups in rural areas have intensified.With the support of the national policy of targeted poverty alleviation,the solution to this problem is imminent.This is an inevitable requirement for the development of a harmonious society,and it is also a policy of the situation.After a field survey on the composition and status of vulnerable groups in rural areas,the characteristics,causes,existing rescue measures and existing problems of rural disabled persons and patients with major diseases,left-behind elderly people,left-behind children,and rural unemployed people were respectively investigated.Exploring the succor pattern for these groups of people is not only suits the national policy of targeted poverty alleviation,but also in line with the national conditions of our country at this stage.On the other hand,it accelerates the process of the integration of urban and rural areas in China,and ensure the lives of vulnerable groups in the rural areas and further solve their sustainable livelihood problems.The main part of the study is to explore the main purpose of the succor pattern for disadvantaged rural groups.The first part of this paper mainly describes the research background,significance,research status in China and abroad,research methods and innovative points of this article.This part lays a good foundation;the second part elaborates the relevant concepts of this article and the theoretical support related to this article;the third part discusses the overall situation of Yilong County,including the natural profile,socio-economic and population profiles,and ecological resources.Have a general understanding of Yilong County and analyze the composition and current living conditions of vulnerable groups in rural Yilong County,including the income of vulnerable groups in rural areas in Yilong County,their education level,and satisfaction to their current life as well as their information about the outside world.The analysis of external events,housing conditions,and sources of drinking water were also conducted.The fourth part is the key chapter of this study.It is divided into four subsections for rural people with disabilities and severe illnesses,left-behind elderly and left-behind children as well as the characteristics of the unemployed people in rural areas,the succor pattern was then concluded.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of this article.This part mainly summed up the topics of handicapped and major disease patients,left behind the elderly,left-behind children,rural unemployed people corresponding to their succor pattern,and the outlook for the well-to-do society in the future of 2020.
