Investigation On The Relocation Of The Poverty-stricken Areas In Yang Liu Village,Hefeng County,hubei Province

2017 is the fourth year of national targeted poverty alleviation work.Compared with the extensive poverty alleviation,targeted poverty alleviation is a more scientific and effective way to achieve accurate identification,assistance and management of poverty alleviation targets.In the "five-one batch" of targeted poverty alleviation,it is the hardest task,the most contradictory,the most difficult and the most difficult.With the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation,a series of problems related to relocation have also begun to emerge.In order to understand the change of the specific conditions of the move for poverty alleviation and the existing problems,and I in hefeng,hubei province as sample,willow village to the village 20 shops,and village leaders,and support staff for the visiting survey.There are 60 households in the whole village,most of whom are not living in the village and going out to work.I chose to interview them in an interview.And with the village director and the help people to join the family to help,deeply participate in their work.The whole interview lasted 26 days,and visited 10 villagers' groups,except for the 11,12 and 13 groups in the remote reservoir area of jiangping river.Through my investigation,I found that there are a lot of problems in the construction of housing housing in yangliu village.The first is the unreasonable allocation of funds,the second design is unreasonable,and third,the practical needs of rural life are not taken into account.There are some problems in the construction of the supporting industry,the help system and the poor households.I am in the process of investigation found that hefeng about poor data,grasps the inaccurate,leading cadres policy on policy implementation without strict supervision,the follow-up policy failed to follow up and so on a series of institutional problem.The innovation of this article lies in not only discussed the problem of the change of relocation,will also move,combined with industry development,poverty alleviation and systems can be more comprehensive interpretation of the change of relocation and the precision work for poverty alleviation.In addition to these,in the last part,some Suggestions for improvement were put forward.Poverty alleviation is an ongoing battle that requires the joint efforts of all forces.My investigation is only about the aspect of the relocation of yi di,which covers a very narrow area,but can also see some problems.Drawing lessons from previous work is the point of my investigation.
