The Influence Of Interest Differentiation, Rule Of Law Development And Cultural Pluralism On Deliberative Democracy In China

The function of consultative democracy lies in providing sound channels of expression and coordination mechanism,making contradictions and conflicts within a certain degree,and becoming the motive force to advance the progress of the society.Since the reform and opening to the outside world,the development of social and economic and political culture challenges China's consultative democracy,especially the major changes in the three aspects of the differentiation of interests,the development of the rule of law and cultural pluralism,which directly promote the continuous improvement of the socialist negotiated democracy with Chinese characteristics.Based on the differentiation of social interests,China began the process of institutionalization of deliberative democracy,and constantly innovated the development mode and negotiation path of deliberative democracy.With the rapid development of the market economy and the construction of the rule of law after the reform and opening up,the CPPCC has also experienced the process of restoration,growth and perfection,and gradually become brilliant.Since the reform and opening up,with the deepening of opening up,Western heterogeneous culture has been introduced into China,resulting in new cultural pluralism.Cultural pluralism means multiculturalism,and the CPPCC faces urgent situations.Under the premise of adhering to inclusiveness,the CPC constantly strengthens its leadership so as to ensure the healthy development of the CPPCC system and its practice.
