Studies On Public Participation In Major Administrative Decisions

As the saying goes,"Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth." Whether public participation is effective,not only needs to be analyzed theoretically,but also needs to be analyzed combined with practice,by which to find related experiences and problems,so as to provide reasonable experiences for improving system of public participation;Through analyzing the problems at the hearing of Hohhot bus fare adjustment,this thesis mainly conducts in-depth study on public participation in major administrative decisions,and further summarizes the shortage of public participation in major administrative decisions in our country presently and puts forward the solution;After many years of system construction and practice promotion,public participation in the major administrative decisions in our country makes an achievement in both aspects of system and practice,but it still has shortcomings in these two aspects by which some problems still cannot resolved,such as the lack of public selection mechanism and rich ways of public participation,inadequate research on the public express mechanism,the lack of transparent information disclosure and perfect feedback mechanism,public participation rights without relief;our country currently advocates governing the country by law,administration by law,establishing the legal government and service-oriented government.Under which background,Our country urgently needs to draw lessons from the effective experiences of developed countries in the administration of the rule of law in the process of establishing administrative rule of law,and combines China's actual conditions to improve the relevant administrative law system and related legislative provisions in China.Only in this way can we gradually establish a publicparticipation system of major administrative decisions that conforms to China's national conditions from the perspective of ideas,systems,and mechanisms,and embark on the road of administrative rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
