The Research Of The Party Committee Supervision Of Haibowan Bay Earea

Party supervision work is an important part of the party's work.Party supervision work is the effective means to promote the party's policies and regulations.through the inspection work,policy implementation deviation and feedback can be found in a timely manner.In the further,it can provide a scientific basis measures for the communist party leadership and the relevant departments to adjust the countermeasures.As the grass-roots Party committee Supervision Department of the Party committee inspecting the work,how to carry out the superior spirit,how to supervise and check the relevant policy executive departments and the policy executors to advance the public policy to the real place,how to discover and effectively feedback the problems and the deviation in the policy implementation in time,will become the supervision work and the overall work.In this paper,the party committee supervision at the grassroots level is studied.Through literature analysis,interview method and case analysis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the party committee supervision of Haibowan bay area in WuHai city,Inner Mongolia.In addition to the institutions of the weak and the shortage of staff in the existing research problems mentioned many times,there is lack of timeliness is not strong,lack of initiative,collaborative,year-end appraisal objectivity,sharing and low transparency.The reasons are mainly due to theimperfect system,the imperfect mechanism,the deviation of the implementation,the gap in the quality of personnel and the low level of informatization.Aiming at the above problems and reasons,the author combined with the advanced experience in other areas,puts forward changing work idea,perfecting the system and improve the mechanism,improve staff quality,innovative work methods and countermeasures.It is expected that the research on the supervision of the party committee in Haibowan district of Wuhai city will contribute to the development of grassroots party committee supervision and the implementation of grassroots public policy.
