Improve The Research On The Supervision Of The Grass-roots Party Committee In The S District Of S City

The supervision of the Party committee is an important part of the party's work and an effective means to promote the implementation of the party's policies.Through the supervision,the deviation in the process of policy implementation can be found and fed back in time,providing scientific basis for the Party committee leaders and relevant departments to make further decisions.The grass-roots party committee supervision department is the vanguard of party committee supervision work,and it is also an important party committee supervision execution force.How the basic-level party committee supervision department implements the various management tasks of the supervision work,how to ensure the implementation of various policies,and how to find the implementation defects of the party committee supervision policy has become an important research topic that affects the supervision work,and it is also an overall supervision Important task.This article selects the supervision work of the Party Committee of the S District of S City as the research object,and explores the supervision work of the Party Committee of the S District of S City by using the new public management theory,the principal-agent theory,the new public service theory and other related theories and research methods.The study combines the current situation of local party committee supervision work,analyzes the work responsibilities,supervision methods and supervision process of the basic party committee supervision department,providing sufficient data for this research work.Combined with the analysis of the results of the on-site questionnaire survey,it was found that the supervision work of the grassroots party committees in the S District of S City has achieved a series of actual results in optimizing functional institutions,standardizing supervision management,innovating supervision methods and coordinating resources.Some specific problems of party committee supervision in terms of the subject of supervision,the object of supervision and the environment of supervision are put forward.The analysis of the causes of these problems lies in the lack of a rigid power base in the supervision work,the weak theoretical systematic support of the supervision work and insufficient actual use of the results of supervision work.Targeted practical countermeasures and optimization path are proposed: strengthen the supervision work of the grassroots party committee,innovate the party committee's supervision work mechanism and optimize integrated development system of the party committee's supervision and evaluation,in order to provide useful ideas and directions for improvement for the development of supervision work of from local to across the country party committees.
