In recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy,economic crime has been high and even intensified,making all circles of society pay more attention to it.The economic crime suspects,as economic crime is the most important subject of crime,often hiding in the case of economic crime investigation after the incident,is a big problem for economic crime.Economic crime suspects hunt because often need to different government departments and some non-governmental organizations involved,in the current administrative division system,the organization departments often lack of coordination,the degree of difficulty which further increased the suspect chase work.Based on the theory of cooperative governance,this paper proposes-analyze-solve the problem.The research methods used in this paper include: literature study,case study,comparative analysis and other research methods,the basic characteristics of fugitive economic suspects,The reasons for the problems in the pursuit of economic criminal suspects are analyzed in detail.This paper describes the current situation of Shishi in pursuit of economic crime suspects,pointed out that the characteristics of Shishi economic crimes suspects at large,the reasons of the problems of Shishi economic crime suspects in pursuit of work analysis,based on collaborative governance from the perspective of trying to put forward innovative pursuit2 evasiongame.Separately from the main departments of several aspects to improve the overall quality,cultivate and improve the participation of NGOs in governance,improve the cooperation mechanism,among the main bodies in construction of cooperation mechanism between the governance bodies and improve laws and regulations to formulate effective economic crimes suspects fled after strategy.
