The Study Of The Company Relationship Of Drug Addicts Under Compulsory Rehabilitation In Isolation Period

Drug use has become serious recently,and it gradually develops into a great danger of contemporary social issues,which gets a lot of attention.In response to drug addiction,Compulsory isolation detoxification is one of the main means,which plays an important role in detoxification.Peers in compulsory isolation detoxification are one of the primary daily contactors.The companionship and the beneficial effects of it worth exploring.However,now researchers pay less attention on companionship,and the use of social work in the compulsory isolation rehabilitation centers is limited.So this paper argues that research on the use of social work methods in companion relationship is a valuable topic.In this paper,the service object is six drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation,who are involved in the social group work of companion relationship problem.By the field investigation,the study found that companion relationship presented as companion management,companion help each other and contradiction.The contradiction and conflict have adverse effect on drug addicts.So the paper discusses the reason of the companion contradiction and the rationality of the group intervention.Meanwhile,making group service plan and carrying out social group work.Group social work mainly includes two intervention stage,early exploration and formal intervention.Social workers try to apply the experience of early intervention stage into the group work.The process of intervention contains prophase,metaphase and anaphase.And evaluating effect through the group members,the supervision,social worker,and revisit.Finally this paper concluded that companion contradiction of drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation is universal,group work intervene companion contradiction in compulsory isolation detoxification center is effective,social work applied to compulsory isolation detoxification has a unique advantage.
