With the accelerated pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the popularization of the socialist core values,our local government's attention to the work of the people's livelihood has gradually deepened.The general secretary's spirit of speech emphasizes that "the times are the rolls,we are the respondents and the people are the readers".In order to better promote the communication between the government and the grass-roots people,the optimization of community governance has become the main topic.As one of the main body of community governance,the feedback of community residents to the problem of community governance can help the various governance subjects to analyze the different problems and put forward solutions.This paper introduces the satisfaction theory model and its method and makes a systematic and thorough study on the problem of community governance.It is of great practical significance to improve the effectiveness of community governance.On the basis of collating and summarizing the relevant literature on community governance at home and abroad,this paper sets up four aspects of the work of measuring community governance,namely,the construction of infrastructure in the community,the coordination and cooperation of the main body of community behavior,the development of community activities and the construction of the community supervision system.Then take the Zhangjiagang City East community as the research object,using the SERVQUAL satisfaction model innovatively to carry on the questionnaire survey and the quantitative analysis to the community's governance situation,analyze the existing problems and the causes in the current community governance,and put forward the constructive improvement measures,which provide the perfect community governance system.Opinions and suggestions with practical reference value.he research of this paper holds that the main problems and reasons of Zhangjiagang City East community governance are as follows: first,the supply and demand of community facilities is unbalance,the government lacks effective supervision and dynamic adjustment to the construction of community supporting facilities;second,the role of the residents' committee in the community is misplaced,the consciousness of residents' autonomy is insufficient,and the government's control is too strong;Third,because of the lack of organizational power of community activities and the shortage of funds for activities,the degree of community cultural participation is relatively low.Fourth,the division of labor between departments and organizations is not in place because of the unclear division of responsibility among the main bodies;and fifth,the current pattern of community governance is lack of local conditions..Therefore,in the process of community renovation and new construction,the government should unite the relevant departments to plan the public facilities and supervise the developers correctly.Secondly,the local government and community neighborhood committees should make clear the scope of their responsibilities,constantly improve the quality and ability of the staff,and increase the financial and material support for the community work and pay attention to and meet the needs of the community residents.Third,the promotion of community cultural construction and activities should start with the understanding of the interests and interests of the community residents and encourage the active participation of all sectors of the community to strengthen the effective integration of community culture,school culture and enterprise culture.Fourth,the local government should act as the coordinator between the neighborhood committees,the karma and the Property Management Company,to clarify the scope of the governing bodies,to promote cross-border cooperation and to build a win-win mechanism.Finally,in the process of community governance,the staff should allocate resources rationally according to the type of community,strengthen the supervision of the construction of public supporting facilities for the pure moving areas,carry out the responsibility system of the residence committee work on the pure self-used residential district,and try to promote the effective construction of the harmonious culture and the governing body for the mixed community.Coordinated development.
