Inter-departmental Collaborative Research In The Construction Of Yuxi City's Social Credit System

In recent years,with the further development of information technology,the construction of social credit system supported by large data has been promoted.However,the decentralization of power under the traditional administrative system and the vertical construction of E-government in the past have led to a large number of"fragmentation" problems in the construction of social credit system.By using the methods of literature study and case study,this paper obtains first-hand data and data through in-depth interviews and participation observation,and analyzes the achievements and problems in the construction of social credit system in Yuxi City,especially the fragmentation of value concept and power structure in the construction of social credit system in Yuxi City.This paper analyzes the dilemma of fragmentation of information resources,combs its causes and mechanisms,and explores and puts forward the overall path of cross-sectoral business coordination in the construction of social credit system in Yuxi City by using the theory of holistic governance.
