Research On Civil Orderly Political Participation Of China

Orderly political participation is the activity of normalization,legalization,rationalization and moderation of public participation in a certain range,and its expression and Realization of rational interest demands.It is of great significance to the development of socialist democracy,the realization of civil rights,the formulation and implementation of public decisions,and the maintenance of political stability.Our citizens have made great progress in orderly political participation.They not only include material needs,spiritual and cultural needs,but also collective interest needs.The ways of participation include electoral participation,policy participation,organizational participation and contact participation.In addition,the orderly political participation of Chinese citizens also shows certain rationality and a certain depth.However,our citizens' orderly political participation still has some problems such as imbalance in participation,participation ability to be improved,participation channels to be widened,and institutionalized construction inadequate.To strengthen our citizens' orderly political participation,we should not only broaden participation channels,create a cultural atmosphere of orderly political participation,but also promote orderly institutionalization of political participation,improve citizens' ability of orderly political participation,and guide the balanced participation of all social strata.
