Research On The Precise Supply Of Urban Public Service

The city has placed people's yearning for a better life.Urban public services are directly related to the happiness of urban residents and social stability.The level of supply is an important part of residents'evaluation of government's ability to govern and management.On the one hand,with the development of society and economy,the progress of urbanization,the gradual awakening of civic awareness and the penetration of the Internet and emerging media into all aspects of society,residents have higher and higher requirements for the quality of urban public services The demand for urban public services presents a diversified and multi-level trend.The traditional supply mode of "big water flooding" has already shown its powerlessness to supply precision.The problems of "supply excess"."supply shortage" and "supply mismatch" need to be solved urgently.How to provide precise urban public service in the new era to respond to the complex and diverse public service needs of residents has become the focus of government,scholars and urban residents.On the other hand,the city government staff's service awareness is constantly increasing,and the enthusiasm for building a service-oriented government and a response-oriented government is soaring.In the practice,some governments have explored a lot which hit the public hotspots and pain points in urban public services.This is an improvement of the public service and an accurate response to the diverse and complex demands to urban residents.In order to better respond to the diversified and hierarchical public service demands and provide accurate urban public services that matching supply and demand,this paper constructs an operational framework for the precise supply of urban public services from the perspective of system analysis,emphasizing that demand expression and identification run through the whole process of supply system,trying to provide effective ideas for the precision of public service supply.This paper is divided into five parts.The background,significance,literature review and research ideas of this topic are introduced in the first chapter;In the second chapter,the writer mainly reviews the relevant concepts and theoretical foundation s of urban public service previse supply;In the third chapter,combined with the status quo of urban public service supply,the writer analyzes the core characteristics,operational logic and components of precise supply of urban public service;The fourth chapter takes Jinan central heating service as an example to carry out empirical analysis on the precise supply of urban public service,and analyzes the performance and reasons of non-precision of public service from five aspects:demand expression,demand identification,service supply,service production and service feedback;The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.According to the analysis mentioned in the third chapter and fourth chapter,the realization path of urban public service accuracy supply is proposed.
