After the CMC put forward the requirement of enhancing the combat capability based on the information system system,the research on the contribution degree and system efficiency of the weapon and equipment system has become the new direction of the equipment demonstration and development.Whether the equipment has a positive impact on the system or whether it improves the comprehensive capability of the system has become the focus of more experts and scholars.By studying the systems of new equipment,we can scientifically assess the extent of the new equipment's ability to fight the system,to predict the potential of new equipment,and to guide the development of the equipment;On the other hand,it is possible to verify the extent to which new equipment of different structures and quantities meet the operational capability of the system,thereby achieving the best possible implementation of the equipment assembly scheme and presenting the relevant improvement ideas.Granular computing considers how to reduce the difficulty of a problem,and then analyzes the uncertainty problem.According to this feature,this paper,from the three perspectives of single equipment system contribution evaluation,coordination among weapons,and the impact of multiple equipment on system efficiency,based on soft set theory in particle computing,D-S evidence theory,fuzzy set and interval type ii fuzzy set related concepts,Bayesian network and rough set theory,considers many uncertain information in the system,and studies the network effect of the system,provides effective support for decision makers to make decisions.This paper mainly carries out the following research.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of system contribution and system efficiency as well as the research status quo,and introduces relevant theoretical knowledge of particle computing,including soft set theory,D-S evidence theory,fuzzy set and interval type ii fuzzy set related concepts,Bayesian network and rough set theory.Secondly,the contribution of single equipment system evaluation,from the Angle of the whole aircraft carrier system,based on granular computing theory emphatically studied the uncertainty information in the system,respectively from two angles to evaluate system of aircraft carrier,The evaluation method of contribution of weapon and equipment system based on soft set and the research method of system effectiveness based on fuzzy interval evidence theory are put forward.The second type interval fuzzy number is used to describe the tendency of the evaluation subject to the underlying index of the system contribution degree,so as to better reflect and express the intention of the evaluation subject.At the same time,the influence of different equipment capability values on the system under the same capability is solved,and the loss of information is reduced.For the evaluation of system effectiveness under the condition of mutual coordination of weapons and equipment,an evaluation method of system advantage function based on adjacency matrix is proposed,and the method of calculating the weight coefficient in the advantage function is improved by using the rough set theory knowledge in particle calculation,which better reflects the interrelation between various weapons and equipment.It reflects the stratified and institutional of weapon equipment system.Considering the influence of multiple equipment on the system efficiency,this paper discusses the causality of various equipment in the system from the perspectives of causality between system equipment and scheme optimization.Based on the theoretical knowledge of bayesian in particle calculation,this paper puts forward the effectiveness evaluation method based on bayesian network,obtains the system contribution degree based on causality between weapons and equipment,and analyzes the change of the overall system contribution degree under different contribution levels of a certain equipment,which reflects the stability and adaptability of the system.In addition,an improved optimization method of binary comparison sequencing scheme is proposed,which incorporates more uncertain information,discusses the influence of weapon number and cost factors on system efficiency,and provides strong support for the construction of system weapons and equipment.
