Study On The Implementation Of The Policy Of Eliminating Poverty And Attacking Key Poverty In County Areas Of Jiaodong

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the task of eliminating poverty and tackling key problems is a long way to go.The work of eliminating poverty and tackling key problems has great responsibility and significance.It is related to the sense of attainment,satisfaction and happiness of all the people,the construction of a well-off society with common prosperity,and the better realization of the goal of "two hundred years".This paper selected L city of Jiaodong Peninsula as the analysis sample,and made a thorough analysis of the implementation of the local anti-poverty policy.The key to poverty alleviation lies in solving the major difficult problems in the process of poverty alleviation.Based on the analysis of the concepts related to poverty alleviation,this paper proposes that the implementation of poverty alleviation and fortification policies in L city should be combined with precise poverty alleviation theory,poverty psychological theory,empowerment theory and information asymmetry theory.Through the formulation of precise assistance and precise management policies,as well as the collaboration of various government departments in L City,the city has brought about agreat change.The number of poor people has decreased significantly,the infrastructure construction has improved significantly,and the characteristic industries have initially formed.The predefined plan to fight poverty has been basically completed.However,through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,it is found that in the process of eliminating poverty in L city,problems still exist,such as inadequate implementation of poverty alleviation cadre policy,formalization of poverty alleviation policy supervision and backward understanding of poverty alleviation target policy.On the basis of field investigation,combined with the basic theory of poverty alleviation and the actual situation of L city,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the implementation of poverty alleviation and fortification policies,such as enhancing the executive ability of poverty alleviation cadres,strengthening the supervision of Poverty Alleviation Policies and enhancing the awareness of poverty alleviation objects to poverty alleviation policies,so as to achieve the goal of a well-off society as soon as possible.
