Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Implementation Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy In The Stage Of Poverty Withdrawal

The eradication of poverty has always been a major challenge and historical mission facing mankind.It is also a key issue that China needs to take seriously in the process of achieving sustainable,balanced and inclusive development.Implementing a precise poverty alleviation policy is the only way to ensure that all people share the fruits of reform and opening up and achieve common prosperity.However,in the process of implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy,there are implementation results that are contrary to the original intention of policy formulation,resulting in the failure of the comprehensive poverty alleviation policy to be fully realized.Its due role.Based on the street bureaucracy theory,field theory and principal-agent theory,this study is based on the ongoing poverty exit phase and the study of the factors affecting the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policies.In this study,a total of 324 sample data from some poverty-stricken areas in Hubei Province were selected as research objects,and the degree of policy compliance of relevant staff of township government was studied in depth.The influence of personal factors,policy factors and environmental factors on the compliance of relevant staff of township government is discussed.On this basis,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to provide some reference for the next precise poverty alleviation work.The study is divided into seven parts:The first chapter is the introduction.In this part,it mainly explains the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods of the research,as well as possible innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is literature review.This part combs,summarizes and reviews the relevant domestic and foreign literatures on policy implementation and poverty withdrawal.The third chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations.This part defines the three key concepts of poverty,poverty withdrawal and policy implementation in this study.The theoretical basis of this research is street bureaucracy theory,field theory and principal-agent theory.The fourth chapter is research hypothesis and model.Construction.In this part,this study summarizes the research hypotheses and initially constructs a theoretical model of the factors affecting policy implementation;the fifth chapter is the research design.This part mainly includes the related variable measurement involved in this study,the reliability and validity test of the scale and the confirmatory factor analysis;the sixth chapter is the empirical analysis.This part mainly conducts the normality test and correlation analysis on the sample data,and constructs the corresponding structural equation model.The seventh chapter is conclusions,recommendations and prospects.In this part,the research conclusions,suggestions and prospects are put forward for the research on the factors affecting the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy in the poverty exit phase.
