A Study On Urban Public Transportation Management In Urumqi

In the 19 th Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of "powerful country of transportation" was first proposed,which pointed out the direction for the development of China's transportation industry.The development of the transportation industry is an important aspect of developing public utilities and strengthening the construction of people's livelihood.It is also an important task that affects the overall situation of the national economy.As the main body of urban public transportation management,Urumqi Municipal Government has been working to improve the internal and external environment,and gradually improve the quality of public transportation management services and the urban transportation intelligent system.However,from the current management situation,there are still some problems,and the government needs to further enhance and play its management functions.Therefore,according to the actual situation of Urumqi,and through interviewing relevant literature and interviews with relevant management staff,the first is to expound the development trend,development,management status and public-private cooperation of urban public transportation;second,The Urumqi city's urban public transport management policies,management departments and main functions are elaborated and summarized;the third is the problems of the urban public transport infrastructure construction,the management department's responsibilities,the management department's management of the public transport enterprise and the information management.The fourth is to find out the cause of the problem and analyze it.The fifth is based on the successful experience of urban public transport management in Curitiba and Shenyang,and draw three inspirations for urban public transport in Urumqi.Sixth,starting from the orientation,the paper promoted the Urumqi City Public Transport leap-forward development proposals using urban governance theory,public product theory and service-oriented government theory,from the perspectives of infrastructure construction,management department responsibilities,management of public transport enterprise and information management,along with the views about improving the transit network,strengtheningroad facilities and improving the financial supplement measures.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of urban public transportation management in Urumqi,to analyze and summarize the measures to improve urban public transportation management in Urumqi,to promote the realization of better service,and to realize the higher level and higher quality development of public transportation in Urumqi,laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
