Collaborative Research Among Local Governments In The Era Of Big Data

Driven by the transformation of emerging information technologies and data technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing,human society has undergone great changes,Which affecting the entire society,including the government.At the same time,the complexity of the management environment and the diversity of management objects have been significantly improved.So,the management reform of the public sector has become inevitable.Under certain historical conditions,society has become increasingly demanding for inter-governmental collaborative governance.Through the application of big data technology,we will realize the new model of government collaborative governance with the goal of citizen demand,relying on big data platform,using big data technology as a means,and collaborative development as the way to provide seamless service.The construction of this new model is inseparable from the application of big data.Only by using big data can we surpass the limitations of time and space,cross the organizational framework,and break the hierarchical restrictions to achieve inter-government collaborative governance.Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of collaborative government,previous research results and the current development of government,it is found that the coordination among local governments should become a key research issue in the process of intergovernmental collaboration.This paper attempts to explore the operational mechanism of local government coordination in the transformation of government governance in the era of big data.First,read a lot of literature to lay a solid foundation for further research.Second,in light of China's development reality,explore the transformation trend of coordinated government governance.Third,relying on the trend of coordinated government governance transformation,the paper analyzes the desirability and reality of local government collaboration.Fourth,with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic coordination as the entry point,we will further explore the applicability of the coordination mechanism between local governments.Imagine how to improve and enhance the participating entities in order to adapt to this mechanism.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the coordination ability between local governments by combining the analysis of the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traffic and the summary of the actual situation of local government coordination..These measures include increasing capital investment,strengthening the capacity of local government staff,building a big data collaboration platform,and improving local government coordination mechanisms to promote the ultimate realization of local government collaboration.Figure11;Table4;Reference 66...
