Research On Cooperative Governance Ability Of Government WeChat

Since the launch of the WeChat Public Number on August 23,2012,the government,companies,the media,and even individuals have entered the WeChat Public Platform.Various types of "Big V" public numbers have appeared in various forms.By January 2019,According to Tencent's report,the total number of government and media public fans in the country reached 3.5 billion.The huge WeChat user base has prompted the government to increasingly move from the traditional hierarchical governance of the past to the "one-stop,seamless" overall governance under the line.This paper takes government microsignals as the research object and combines the concept of "social governance".By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,hierarchical analysis and the 5W communication model,eGovernment theory and collaborative governance theory of aswell,the collaborative governance ability of government WeChat public is studied in depth under the current media environment.The thesis aims to provide effective operation mechanism and systematic evaluation standard for government WeChat cooperative governance ability.Firstly,on the basis of the comprehensive review of the research on e-government by scholars at home and abroad,this paper discusses the definition,classification and function of government WeChat by means of literature investigation,expert interview and empirical research,and analyzes the characteristics of government WeChat transmission.Secondly,based on the perspective of communication,the paper explores the process mechanism of cooperative governance of government WeChat and its formation mechanism,and issues the questionnaire of experts in related fields such as government and media,and constructs the evaluation system of cooperative governance of government WeChat according to the analytic hierarchy structure.Finally,the representative "Shanghai release" was selected as a sample to carry out applied research on the government WeChat collaborative governance evaluation system.Based on the results of the evaluation,the existing problems of the cooperative governance capacity of WeChat public number were obtained.The innovation point of this paper is mainly based on the evaluation index system constructed and the useful experience published in Shanghai.Based on the empirical analysis,the author puts forward the optimization suggestions for the common problems of the government WeChat public number.For the government and all levels of the official WeChat operation of better use of decision-making basis.
