A Study On The Democratic Supervision Of Participating Parties And Countermeasures In The New Era

Democratic supervision is a basic and core function of Chinese participating parties.However,it is still a weak and vulnerable spot in the performance of participating parties.To insist,develop and improve the new system of the political party with Chinese characteristics,the work of democratic supervision needs to be improved and promoted.Based on the relevant subject knowledge of political science,public administration,philosophy,history,party history and construction,combined with different theories,like the new theory of the socialist party with Chinese characteristics,the theory of power restriction and supervision and the theory of governance and the theory of social integration,this article,clarifies what the democratic supervision of participating parties means and how it develops.First,from the historical perspective of the new era,it emphasizes the significant role that the democratic supervision has played in many aspects,such as promoting the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,modernizing national governance system and governance capacity,strengthening administration of the party,and improving the new system of the political party.Second,according to the practice of the China Democratic League of China and the China Democratic League Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the article analyses its current situation and existing problems.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis,the author suggests that,under the current social and cultural and institutional conditions in China,the participating parties should fully use the existing resources to improve the ability level required for performance;the participating parties should do their best to make more members work in the government;the participating partiesshould enlarge the supervision areas in some extent;the participating parties should try to combine the democratic supervision with other kinds of supervisions.In this way,the advantages of the democratic supervision from participating parties can be efficiently displayed.
