In recent years,the problem of school bullying has gradually attracted people's attention in China.The particular cases of school bullying has boosted discussion among the whole society.The frequent occurrence of school bullying not only impacts on campus safety negatively,but also jeopardizes students' physical and mental health.How to effectively cope with school bullying and help students prevent and tackle bullying rests at the focus of schools,families and society.In terms of the prevention and governance of school bullying,most of time,school would focus on safety education,which involves majority of students,however,to a certain extent,it merely popularize the safety education knowledge,excludingbullying issues.There seems less effective appraoches customied for bully and bullied,in helping students tackling bullying behaviors.Therefore,the introduction of the value concept of social work in school bullying,and alternatively the use of group work methods is neccessarywhen dealing with school bullying works,to help students prevent and tackle bullying problems.More importantly,those practixs would empower students to stay away from school bullying and return to normal life on campus.This article takes the students who participate in or suffer from school bullying in J Elementary School as the target audience,and collects relevant information about the school bullying problems in J primary school through interviews and literature research methods.Based on that,combined with the theory of social learning and the theory of empowerment,the designed team plans to carry out three groups in behavior therapy,ability improvemnet and care service for targeted students.For bully studdents,behavioral behavior treatment will be conducted,in correcting misconceptions,understanding thier bullying behaviors,improving thier emotional control and problem-solving skills.On the other hand,ability improvement team will reach bullied students,to enhance thier self-confidence,improve intto enhance thier self-confidence,improve interpersonal relationships,expand peer support,and enhance theability to handle campus bullying.At the same time,in order to consolidate care service effectiveness,the "zero-bullying" service team will promote role exchanges methods in the group for whom involved bullying or interested in such topics,to improve empathy capacity.Meanwhile,which leads to more effective approaches in erasing bullying behaviors,and enhances students' ability to cope with school bullying.By setting up above three groups,this article tends to prove that it is feasible to intervent in the school bullying problems,thus providing new methods for the school to prevent and tackle school bullying problems.
