Study On Team Work Intervention Of High School Campus Bullying

Nowadays,the phenomenon of bullying on campus is becoming more and more serious.Bullying incidents often occur,causing serious physical and psychological consequences to the victims,thus arousing widespread concern in society.There are four forms of campus bullying: first,campus bullying has various forms and serious tendency to violence;second,campus bullying lasts for a long time,has persistence,and sometimes occurs repeatedly;third,campus bullying often occurs in places that are not easily perceived and has hidden nature;fourth,bullying events are always relatively strong on one side,relatively weak on the other,bullies and victims on the other side.The strength of both sides of the bully is seriously unbalanced.Campus bullying seriously affects the physical and mental health of adolescents,so it is urgent to explore measures to alleviate or even solve campus bullying.This paper plans to explore measures to alleviate campus bullying by taking school social work as the guiding method and group social work as the working method.In the school,the bullied people will be gathered together,through the establishment of education and support groups to carry out research activities,to help the bullied out of the shadow of bullying,to help the bully avoid bullying others in the future,thereby reducing the occurrence of bullying,creating a warm campus environment,helping middle school students to spend a warm and memorable middle school time.Based on a questionnaire survey of 310 students from L High School in Huai Ren City,this paper explores the current situation and frequent causes of campus bullying.At the same time,through group social work to help the bullied out of the shadow of being bullied and help the bullied change their behavior patterns and stop bullying.Through group social work,anti-bullying group was set up in L high school to help victims unite and resist bullying together.Through the development of group social work,research methods and skills of group work were constantly improved,and suggestions for improving campus bullying were put forward.On the basis of this investigation and research,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of individuals,families,schools and society.Personally,we should attach importance to the special stage of senior high school students,pay attention to the correct guidance of adolescents psychology;foster parents' correct education concept in the family;strengthen the supervision of campus bullying in schools,formulate relevant rules as soon as possible,and provide social workers as possible to solve the bullying problem;in the social aspect,we should try our best to protect it.Nursing high school students,to convey them the correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.
