With the aging of the population and changes in family structure,empty-nest families have become the main form of elderly families in China, and the problem of old-age care for empty-nest elderly people has followed.Along with the development of urbanization and industrialization, labor mobility has intensified, and a large number of “old-fashioned empty-nested elderly people” have emerged in rural areas;when children have grown up,they have established a new door, and old people choose to live alone in order to avoid intergenerational conflicts with their children. The "empty-nest family" has also gradually increased;and the "Dink family" and "unmarried family" caused by the change of ideas, values, and lifestyles have led to the "deprived family" formed by the accidental death of only children.A special "empty nest" old man.The large number of "empty nest" old people has raised new challenges to the issue of old-age care in our country. This paper used the 2014 CLHLS data from China.Firstly,it describes the status quo of the empty nesters in China. Then, based on the analysis of the demand for the elderly care services for the elderly in the empty nest, this paper empirically analyzed the similarities and differences of home-based care services between empty-nesters and non-empty-nesters and the internal differences of home-based care services for empty nesters. Finally, according to the Anderson's model,we select the physical function factors of the elderly in urban and rural areas(including age, gender, physical health,self-care ability, chronic illness, years of education),family structure factors(including annual family income, marital status, number of children, number of sons)And living conditions),socio-economic status factors(including years of education, relative economic level, major economic sources, pension insurance, medical insurance),a total of 15 factors as independent variables,as an independent variable, the statistical analysis software of Stata was used to empirically test the influencing factors of the eight-item home care service for the elderly in the empty nest by constructing the binary logistic model.Through empirical analyses, this paper drew the following conclusions: First, urban and rural empty-nest elderly people have different levels of demand for community-based aged care services. The highest demand is for health care-based care services, followed by legal aid needs, once again for spiritual comfort needs, and for life care services.Second, the demand for community-based elderly care for urban residents is higher than that for rural elderly with empty nests.Third, physical function factors are rigid constraints on the demand for home-based care services for urban and rural empty-nest elderly communities.Under normal circumstances, women,The older the elderly, the worse the health status, the higher the demand for community home care services, and the consistency of urban and rural areas.Fourth, the family structure factors have significant demand for community home care services for urban and rural empty nesters. The impact,in which the better thefamily's economic situation, the scarcity of family pension resources, the empty nesting elderly, the empty family living in the urban areas, the greater the demand for community home care services, and some urban-rural differences;fifth, socioeconomic status factors There is a significant positive impact on the demand for home care services for urban and rural empty nesters..Under normal circumstances, the higher the level of education, the better the economic situation, and the stronger the level of social security, the greater the demand for community home care services, and the difference between urban and rural areas is not obvious.According to the research conclusions, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations from the following three aspects:(1)We should develop community home care services based on home-based and demand-oriented;(2)We should promote the integration of community home care services based on inter-regional coordinated development Construction;(3)We should improve the accessibility of residential care for the elderly in the empty nest community.
