Research On Community Governance Of East Street In New District Of Hohhot City

Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of China's urbanization,grassroots governance has become very prominent,which is related to the daily life of the masses and the stability of the social environment.As a new basic organization for social governance,communities are springing up like mushrooms in major cities.As the importance of community becomes more and more prominent,the party central committee and governments at all levels are also actively exploring and attaching importance to community development.The report of the 18 th CPC national congress included "community governance" into the party's programmatic literature for the first time,proposed the direction of community construction,required the further improvement of community services,and public participation should also become the key direction of community governance development.How to strengthen the community construction,improve the community service functions,to create a community of people's satisfaction is a hot topic in the current society.Because community governance is so important,this paper takes the community of haibowan area of wuhai city as the research object,and finds that the community of haibowan area of wuhai city has indeed made some achievements in community governance,but there are some problems to be solved.Based on the multi-center theory,the new public management theory,the third sector theory and other management theories,this paper analyzes the existing governance problems of the communities in the haibowan area of wuhai city by literature research and other research methods.For example,the superior administrative units excessively interfere in community governance,and the public participation in community governance is low.By comparing domestic and foreign community governance models,this paper also summarizes the favorable measures for improving community governance in haibowan area of wuhai city.The community governance in haibowan area of wuhai city is a process of constant optimization process,in this process,not only need the government's strong support,social service organization has grown,also need people to actively participate in all aspects and so on,form "I for the community people,all for the community" of the situation,to create a beautiful environment,comfortable,harmonious and stable community.
