Rapid development in today's society,more and more young couples in rural areas in order to make a living in the city,but given the city's consumption,children and elderly home care by the elders,so the husband and wife two people leave a dot in the local soil,simple odd jobs at the same time to take care of the home,the burden of the family,the stress of life makes the father(mother)to some extent,ignored the children's growth.More and more empirical studies show that there are problems in parent-child communication in left-behind families,which not only affect the parent-child relationship,but also seriously affect the physical and mental health development of left-behind children,which has some intervention significance.This paper takes the left-behind children and their parents in S factory of Nanbai county as the research object.Starting from literature research,this paper conducts interviews and communications with left-behind families in the village.Based on family system theory,social learning theory,advantage perspective theory and social worker working method of the movement group,the left-behind families in S factory are intervened.Aiming at the problems of left-behind families,such as lack of communication awareness and communication skills,and the need to learn communication skills to close parent-child relationship,this study designed six group activities,hoping that professional group work can improve the current bad parent-child relationship and promote the healthy growth of teenagers both physically and mentally.Practice has proved that the working method of group social workers plays a positive role in the parent-child communication of left-behind families.The group activities have improved the communication awareness and skills of parents and children,and the team members have affirmed and recognized the whole activity.Based on the evaluation results of the group,the author summarized and reflected on the group activities,and put forward methods and Suggestions for social work in improving parent-child communication in left-behind families.
