With the reform of the household registration system and the accelerated pace of rural urbanization,many rural areas on the edge of cities have become urban areas,and many farmers have washed their feet and become urban residents.Urbanization brings some development opportunities to local residents who wash their feet upstairs.However,due to the employment environment and employment capacity,many residents still have to go out for work,which has not fundamentally changed the development problem of rural left-behind children.Many rural left-behind children have become urban left-behind children and continue to live there,still facing many difficulties such as personal safety,social supervision,health education and personal growth.Under the urban environment,how to break through the development dilemma of left-behind children has become the direction of many scholars' efforts.Parent-child relationship is the earliest interpersonal relationship established by children,the source of children's sense of security and trust,and the key interpersonal motivation for the growth and psychological development of teenagers.Parent-child communication is the basic way to establish and develop parent-child relationship.The migrant parents left-behind children's parent-child communication with exchanges that group is given priority to,missing communicate face-to-face primary groups of intimacy,replaced by rational formal contacts,is often difficult to form directly perceived security and credibility,and thus affect the healthy development of the parent-child relationship,and even cause the healthy development of children's personality disorder.Therefore,effective parent-child communication is the basis for the healthy development of parent-child relationship among left-behind children,as well as an important way to improve the psychological environment for the growth of left-behind children and promote their healthy growth.The team through the methods of interview and questionnaire,it was obviously B school left-behind children in cities and towns the investigation of communication with parents,found town left-behind children parent-child communication present situation is not optimistic,such as parent-child communication subjective intention of the weak,the forms and channels of communication,communication of monotonous content,insufficient communication interaction.Project on the basis of the theory of social work team work related,planning to improve the left-behind children in cities and towns of parent-child communication initiative group activities,a total of 6 section,tries to expand the parent-childcommunication form,parent-child communication skills,to help left-behind children know the importance of the parent-child communication,parent-child communication experience positive emotions,apprehend the parent-child communication,positive behavior,in turn,stimulates the parent-child communication initiative,help town left-behind children take the initiative to improve the parent-child relationship,promote the healthy growth of left-behind children.The project team learned from social work theories and methods,reflected on the effectiveness of the group's work in improving the parent-child communication initiative of urban left-behind children,summarized the experience in improving the parent-child communication initiative of urban left-behind children,and promoted the development of school social work in the field of left-behind children.
