Combination Of Virtual And Reality And Collaborative Governance:A Study On The Governance Path Of Cyber Violence

Since the late twentieth century,the world has been in the historical transition period of the post-industrial era.The rise of the network has promoted the development of society,promoted the formation of a network society characterized by the Internet,and provided a platform for people to communicate independently.However,today,with the popularity of the Internet,the anonymity and decentralization of the online world have made the cyber violence infringing on citizens' private rights intensified,undermining the rule base and moral construction of social development.As far as the current situation is concerned,the governance of cyber violence in China is still a big problem that needs to be solved urgently.The impact of cyber violence has been mapped to the real world and has caused harm to people in the real world.Previously,cyber violence was mainly controlled by the government,but it is clear that the government-dominated governance model has not caused the frequency of cyber violence to decline.Therefore,we need to explore new governance models.This paper will analyze the causes and harms of cyber violence and the obstacles of cyber violence governance from the concept of cyber violence and related theories.Combined with the typical cases of cyber violence and advanced foreign governance experience,this paper is based on the theory of collaborative governance.Starting from the level of governance subject and governance method,and relying on the rule of law China,it is proposed to control the cyber violence to exert the power of multiple subjects and diverse means,strengthen the governance of cyber violence,reduce the harm of cyber violence to society,and strengthen the network ecological environment.Construction,promote the development of social harmony and stability,and accelerate the pace of the establishment of a comprehensive system of cyber violence.
