Design And Application Of Sunshine Hotline Platform For 12345 Government Of Huzhou City

In 2002,the Huzhou city set up the "12345 Mayor's Hotline" dedicated telephone,which is used to accept and hand over all kinds of calls from the masses,in order to reflect the voices of the people and collect public opinion.After more than a decade of operation,the "12345 Mayor's Hotline" has become increasingly complex and diversified in view of the current economic and social development situation in Huzhou City and the demands of the people.In 2013,under the decision of the municipal committee and the municipal government,Huzhou established the implementation of the "Sunshine Huzhou" construction strategy,and decided to use the special number "12345" as a unified external number and integrate more than150 government hotlines throughout the city.The implementation of the strategy is in charge of timely implementation by the Huzhou Bureau of Letters and visits,so there is an urgent need to build a stable and perfect hotline system to serve the local people,to approach and resolve the aspirations of the common people.This topic is aimed at the urgent needs of Huzhou City Letters and Calls Bureau for platform construction,providing corresponding solutions,designing and constructing hardware platforms,rationally dividing software function modules,and designing and implementing an information-based solar hotline platform.Thespecific contents of the study are as follows:1.Considering the development and design of software platform,adopting SOA architecture,combining Web Service technology,CTI technology,SSH and other specific technologies,to realize software such as application integration,content management and structured development of application system,in order to realize multi-tier architecture,Including business presentation layer,business logic layer,data access layer.These components span different application modules,channels,equipments,provide multi-channel and multi-application integration,and facilitate the secondary development of various types and platforms.2.Considering the design of weak power and hardware systems,following mature and advanced technologies and considering reasonable cost-to-performance ratio,not only should the total cost be controlled within a reasonable range,but also the whole system should have good performance,At the same time,we should take into account the long-term sustained cost investment in the later operation and maintenance.Therefore,it is necessary to choose high stability hardware products of well-known brands at home and abroad,to ensure that the system and units choose the latest mature technology,and strive not to lag behind or eliminate the equipment within ten years.Considering that all kinds of products should have good interoperability and expansibility,international standardized products should be adopted,and all system products should be of good quality.Good maintenance and after-sales service,and can be easily upgraded according to the requirements at any time.
