Present Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Community Service Station Construction Of "Warm Heart Project"in Chengde City

Accelerating the process of aging society is a prominent social problem facing our country at present.Under the background of the increasing gap of social pension,how to overcome this problem is an urgent problem to be considered."Warm Heart Project" community service station as a model of community home care in China has produced good social feedback effect since its construction,but the empirical analysis of "Warm Heart Project" community service station is still a blank.Based on the actual construction of the five "Warm Heart Project" community service station in Shuangluan District of Chengde City,this paper analyzes the "Warm Heart Project" community service station in Chengde City by means of questionnaires and field interviews after reviewing the literature on community care from the perspectives of social co-governance theory and community care theory.The operation of the station.Through the analysis of the demand for the elderly and the quality of service supply,it is found that there are differences in the supply and demand of "life care","medical care" and "spiritual and cultural" services.Secondly,through the analysis of the situation of facilities and service personnel in workstations,it can be found that the community workstations have the characteristics of insufficient hardware resources and low quality of service personnel.Based on this,this paper proposes that we should improve the coordination mechanism of social service resources,promote the advantages of the Internet for the aged and create a "positive aging" atmosphere to solve this problem.
