In the 1970,China began to implement a family planning policy, demanding a reduction in fertility rate, and proposed that a couple can only have one child. However, the increase in social risk factors has led to various accidents, and many families have lost their only children, becoming families who have lost their independence. As a result, the family structure has changed. In terms of economy, psychology, family function, and old-age care, families who have lost their independence face enormous challenges. For social work organizations, families who have lost their independence are those who need help.In recent years, the social attention of groups of families who have lost their independence has gradually increased, and social work as a professional team has also shouldered the responsibility of helping families who have lost their independence.Currently, social workers' assistance to families who have lost their independence is mainly based on the government's purchase of services.Since social workers have less experience in providing services to families who have lost their independence, and are in the initial stage of exploring services, social workers have achieved certain results in using professional methods to provide services, but they have also faced some difficulties accordingly.Based on the perspectives of superior perspective theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, and social support network theory, this article explores and evaluates the current status of services provided by social workers to families with solitary widows, including the content and effectiveness of the services provided, and social workers' assistance. The challenges faced in the process and the corresponding ideas and countermeasures to solve the problem. In this way,we can summarize and extend our experience, and explore how social workers and institutions can better operate, provide assistance, and provide more effective localization and diversified services for services for families who have lost their independence. In this study,we selected the project of losing family in the SX social work organization in JN as a case, using methods such as case study, and through interviews to understand the basic situation of the "we are together" project, the form and status of the service, and the effect of the service. In order to respond to the subject of the study and obtain corresponding conclusions.Through research,I learned that through the guidance of professional theories and methods, social workers have achieved certain results in the services provided by families who have lost their independence, including:strengthening psychological comfort and emotional care for families who have lost their independence; On the basis of coverage, the scope of radiation to the serving population has been expanded;the social reintegration of families who have lost their independence has been promoted;through various forms of propaganda, the social attention of groups of families who have lost their independence has been raised. While achieving results, social workers and institutions also face some difficulties. At the level of social worker services:social workers have limited understanding and promotion of policies;social workers cannot respond to all requests from service targets;social workers have difficulty in professional psychological counseling for families who have lost their widows; At the level of social work organizations:the organization lacks independence;lack of experience in supervising families who have lost their independence. At the level of policy support:the government has not invested enough funds in the project of losing the family;the project has a discontinuity and there is a risk of interruption.Through thinking about the above dilemma, this article proposes corresponding countermeasures.Including:the service target should be determined before the service is launched;the comprehensiveness of the service content for the family who loses independence should be expanded;the psychological counseling skills of the social worker should be improved;the electronic information exchange platform should be established so that the family who loses independence can timely grasp the policy trends. For institutions:Actively expand funding channels and improve institutional independence;establish a professional supervision system. For the government,it should increase investment in project funds;make a good project cycle plan. The study provides theoretical and thoughtful suggestions on the social workers' response to the status quo, dilemma and future directions of the services for families who have lost their independence. It has a certain significance for reference.
