With the reform of real estate registration in China,the real estate registration institution of Shanghai has steadily optimized and integrated the business of registration,simplify the processes of registration greatly as well.At the same time,to keep with the new tends of real estate registration,the real estate registration institution of Shanghai should shorten processing time which draw lessons from the practice of setting up a period of hesitation for disposing the major property,and take into account the convenience and reasonable needs of the public.An organization is like a small society.It is composed of specific and intelligent people.In such a specific range,people will use their own brains and physical strength to provide effectiveness for the same purpose of the organization,and then create value for the organization.Staff training,as an important means in human resources management,plays a pivotal role in the reform of real estate registration service reform.The training of real estate registration staff can not only improve the comprehensive quality and work ability of employees,but also meet the public's requirements for the service level and service quality of real estate registration departments.Therefore,it's necessary for the real estate registration institution of Shanghai to focus on the training work.This paper will take the real estate registration institution in Baoshan Area as a case study,focus on the analysis of the staff training mechanisms of Shanghai area.And put forward some suggestions to optimize the path.Due to the current restrictions on the management system of real estate registration institutions and the different standards of the real estate registration staff,there are still some deficiencies and some optimizing space in the staff training of real estate registration.The main manifestations are: irrational training arrangements for registered employees,inadequate training for the skills of registered employees,rigid forms of training for registered employees,and imperfect training links for registered employees,etc.From the first,the writer think deeply of the importance and necessity of the staff training of the real estate registration,and take the staff training mechanisms of Baoshan Area for example.Combined with theoretical practice,and introduced the staff training methods which are already carried out.This paper summarizes the results of employee training in the real estate registration service center in area: the new employee's post adaptability is improved,the error rate of registration work is reduced significantly,the overall quality of registration staff is improved,and the benefits generated by training are much higher than the training costs.The effectiveness of the staff training work of Baoshan real estate registration institution provides reference information for the optimization of the staff training mechanism of Shanghai real estate registration institution.In order to further enhance the professional degrees and the work efficiency of the staff,confirm the responsibility to promote the grade of service of the real estate registration.The writer believes that next step can be combined with some optimization measures such as make scientific plans for the training of real estate registration staff,strengthen the training of real estate registration staff in the quality of their skills,Enriching the training forms of Shanghai real estate registration employees,improving the training links of Shanghai real estate registration institutions,improving the safeguards for the training and implementation of Shanghai real estate registration institutions,and integrating the training resources of real estate registration employees,etc.The whole member participate to consolidate work effectiveness of real estate registration service reform,and provide the highest quality and efficient services,devote to the masses.
