Human resources management is one of those most crucial aspects in the management of modern enterprises. It is also a strategic issue that is related to an economic development as well as management in human resources for enterprises aiming at a survival in competition and a continuous development. For minor enterprise in china, people from minor enterprises haven't been aware of the significance of human resources management that has become a problem that hinders the development in keeping pace with the rest of the world. Based upon a combination of human resources management theories and some advanced management experience from China and abroad, this paper will focus on the analyses of CDEI in HRM and later it will try to work out some solutions accordingly.First of all, the paper tries to supply the definition of human resources management and the difference between the human resource management of moden times and traditionally human resource management.And it will supply the general situation of the issue in China.Then, the paper tries to supply a brief introduction of the background of CDEI and its present situation in human resources management. Also, it discusses the problems in human resources management and how to develop a comprehensive strategy for the company.Last but not least, based upon the combination of modern human resources management theories, behavioral administration theories, experiences, and also the company's real situation, the paper tries to build a managing system for human resources which includes human resources planning, job application interview, salary management, staff evaluation and staff training.The issue of human resources management in CDEI is at large inminitype corporation in Chian,by dint of this paper ,supply how to manage HR in minitype corporation of China.
