Research On The "Family-like" Parenting Of Orphans And Disabled Children From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

"Family" Model is a new aid model for orphans and disabled children.Z city children's welfare center is one of the practice points of "Family" Model for orphans and disabled children.In this study,we use the perspective of welfare pluralism to study the "Family " model of orphaned and disabled children in Z city.Specific questions include: first,what is the operation concept and mechanism of the research object? What is the content and level of the rescue subject? Second,what are the shortcomings of using welfare pluralism to evaluate it? What are the reasons? Third,what is the family like model of the orphaned and disabled children at this stage? In order to realize the multiple welfare model of the orphaned and disabled children,what should be improved? This study uses the perspective of welfare pluralism to establish the research framework,analyzes the "Family" model of orphaned and disabled children in Z city children's Welfare Institute,evaluates the implementation effect of foster care model,and finally provides relevant suggestions.The method of this study is qualitative research method.Data collection includes interview method(managers and " parents" Model)and observation method.It is found that the "Family" Model children in Z City Children '.The "Family" Model is not perfect,there are some problems : Orphans and disabled children enjoy limited rehabilitation resources,difficulties in recruiting loving parents,orphans and disabled children's access to simulated homes,the shortage of professionals,and the lack of a scientific evaluation system for the "Family" Model.This article analyzes the problems of raising children with “disabled families” orphans and disabled children through field investigations in Z-type families,and proposes to rely on the government to improve the “environment-like” environment,enrich the recruitment channels for “class-like parents”,involve professional social workers,and create “class-like communities”.Countermeasures and linkage models such as system,remodeling "class" scenarios.
