After the 19th national congress,the guiding policy vocabulary of rural construction and development changed from "building beautiful countryside" to "rural revitalization".Yongle village in northeast Yunnan province is in a new stage of consolidating the achievement of poverty alleviation and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.With the support of national poverty alleviation policies,Yongle village has shown a changing and invariant trend."Change" refers to the reduced to or reversed to poverty because of illness,dropouts due to poverty got obvious improvement,"invariability" refers to the problem of rural teenagers'weariness in school shows the characteristics of group,many teenagers still follows the growth path of "drop out of school-work","junior high school graduation-work",it will set a dangerous precedent for the rural inter-generational transmission.Fortunately,after settling in Yongle village,the author found that teenagers who tired of school transfer into study actively.However,most of the existing researches on the problem of school weariness focus on the situation that the students who are school weariness go directly to drop out of school or indulge in school weariness all the time,but they do not pay enough attention to the phenomenon that the students change from study weariness to study actively.Therefore,the author believe that from the perspective of process development,it is of great significance to study the causes of the aggravation and elimination of the problem of rural youth's weariness of learning.With the help of push and pull theory,using qualitative research method,this study selected eight rural teenagers in northeast Yunnan who had been tired of learning but finally made different behavioral choices as the research objects.Four of the eight subjects broke away from their weariness of learning and embarked on the road to learning actively.Two of the other four went on to drop out,and two were still obsessed with weariness of learning.Through the study of their way of learning,this paper aims to explore the pushing factors in the rural environment that are likely to cause teenagers to fall into the mire of learning weariness and the pulling factors that resolve the problem of rural teenagers' weariness of learning independently.The study found that the starting point of rural teenagers' tired of study presents the characteristics of early time and more risk,the socialized subject in the remote rural field,whether family or school,exist many hidden dangers to undertake the children's academic education.These hidden dangers such as inappropriate home-school interaction,poor school education environment,inadequate family function,are easy to make teenagers into learning weariness.The influence of good relationship experience,the help of the poor elite in the family,the important others respected by the students and the moralized thinking of the students may all become the pulling factors to resolve the problem of youth's weariness of learning in the local environment.Based on the above findings,the author puts forward relevant suggestions to intervene and prevent the problem of rural teenagers' weariness of learning in the way of school social work,so as to avoid the expansion of pushing factors and make the pulling factors available to us,thus paving a smooth road for rural teenagers' study.
